1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 111bey ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://111bey.app ("the Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on 111bey, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the period you hold an account:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum — we do not permit any player under 21 to participate on the Platform under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not been self-excluded from the Platform or from any other gambling service operated by the Company.
• You are not a director, employee, consultant, agent, or close family member of any director or employee of 111bey.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

We reserve the right to request documentary proof of eligibility — including government-issued identity documents — at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension until compliance is achieved.

3. Account Registration

Each person may hold only one registered account on the Platform. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, address, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, the Company reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any pending or historical transactions without prior notice.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Any changes to your contact details, including your mobile number linked to a bKash or Nagad wallet, must be reported to our support team promptly.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. The Company is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].

4. Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

111bey is committed to maintaining a safe and compliant platform. As part of this commitment, all account holders are required to complete identity verification ("KYC") before processing withdrawals or upon request by our compliance team. The KYC process typically requires:

• Proof of Identity: A valid government-issued photo ID such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Age: The same document as above must confirm that you are 21 years of age or older.
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account registered in your name and linked to your 111bey account.

Documents must be clear, legible, and unexpired. The Company reserves the right to request additional documentation if the initial submission is deemed insufficient. Processing KYC submissions typically takes one to three business days. Withdrawals remain on hold until KYC is fully approved.

5. Deposits

All deposits on 111bey are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We currently accept deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking (Rocket), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank online transfer, subject to availability as displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.

The minimum single deposit is ৳500 BDT unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion. The maximum single deposit and daily deposit limits are displayed in your account cashier and may vary based on your account tier. Deposits are generally credited to your account balance within two to five minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. If a deposit is not reflected within 30 minutes, please contact our support team with the transaction reference number.

111bey does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which we accept no responsibility.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted after you have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed to the same BDT payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 BDT.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 24 hours of submission on business days.
• Funds deposited via bKash or Nagad are typically received in your wallet within two hours of approval during standard operating hours (08:00–22:00 BST, UTC+6).
• Any active bonus balance attached to your account must have its wagering requirements fully met before a withdrawal is approved.
• The Company reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding ৳50,000 BDT.

We do not accept withdrawal requests to third-party accounts under any circumstances. All payments are made exclusively to the verified account holder.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

111bey offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

• Wagering Requirement: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 20 times the bonus amount before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower percentage as specified in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds and associated free spins expire within 7 days of being credited unless a different period is stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus is active will result in the cancellation of the earlier bonus and any associated wagering progress.
• Abuse: Any attempt to exploit bonus terms, including through duplicate accounts, irregular betting patterns, or collusion, will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

8. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and game rounds placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. The outcome of each game or event is determined by certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live games and sports events, by the actual outcome of the event in question. 111bey accepts no responsibility for errors made by the player in placing a bet, including incorrect stake amounts, wrong market selections, or accidental confirmations.

Bets placed on clearly erroneous odds — including prices that result from a manifest error or technical fault — may be voided at the Company's sole discretion. Players will be notified and the stake refunded where a void is applied. The Company reserves the right to delay the settlement of any bet or game outcome pending an investigation into potential irregularities.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or organised cheating.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or unintended game behaviours for financial gain.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering or fraud-related activity.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Engaging in arbitrage or low-risk betting strategies designed to abuse promotional offers.

The Company reserves the right to immediately suspend and permanently close any account found to be engaging in prohibited activities, and to withhold any funds held in such an account pending investigation. Where criminal activity is suspected, we reserve the right to report the matter to the relevant authorities.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game designs, user interface elements, and audio-visual materials, is the exclusive property of 111bey or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without prior written consent from the Company is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 111bey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, service interruptions, or technical errors. Our total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for ensuring that any device used to access the Platform meets the necessary technical requirements and is protected by appropriate security software.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

The Company collects and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at https://111bey.app/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. We employ industry-standard SSL encryption and access controls to protect your data against unauthorised access, disclosure, or misuse.

13. Account Suspension and Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered BDT payment method, subject to the withdrawal conditions in Section 6 above and the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC, or at the request of a regulatory authority. In such cases, the Company will notify you where legally permitted to do so.

14. Amendments to These Terms

111bey reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, unless the change is required by law or to address an urgent security concern, in which case it may take effect immediately. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a proposed change, you must close your account before the change takes effect.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the Company's jurisdiction of operation. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process (initiated by contacting [email protected]) shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body selected by the Company. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

16. Responsible Gaming

111bey is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide all account holders with the following tools, accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit thresholds.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account with no option to reopen for a minimum period of 6 months.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 111bey with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
